These Terms of Service govern the use of Clover & Finn Automation (“the tool”), a private, owner-operated automation operated by the owner of the Clover & Finn YouTube channel (“the operator”, “we”). This website only describes the tool; it offers no account, login or service to visitors.

1. What the tool is

The tool produces episodes of the original animated children's series Clover & Finn and publishes them to the operator's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API: it uploads each episode as private and Made for Kids, verifies it, and makes it public only after verification and only when the operator has enabled public publishing. How it handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use it

The tool is for the operator's own use with the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no other person or channel may connect a Google account to it.

3. YouTube and Google terms

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of the tool with a YouTube account is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The operator remains responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and policies for content made for children, including correctly marking videos as Made for Kids.

4. Content

The Clover & Finn characters, scripts, artwork, audio and videos are created for and belong to the operator. Nothing on this website grants anyone else a licence to them. Videos published on YouTube can be watched under YouTube's own terms.

5. Availability and changes to the tool

The tool is run at the operator's discretion and may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time. Publishing depends on third-party services such as YouTube and Google APIs, which may change or become unavailable.

6. No warranty

The tool and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the tool.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the tool changes. The effective date above will change when they do.
